Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RRASE Engineering College, we are committed to ensuring transparency and clarity in our financial policies. The following guidelines outline our refund and cancellation process:

Admission Fee Refund Policy

  • Application Fees:

    Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances

Admission Fees:

  • Before Course Commencement:

    If a student cancels their admission before the official commencement date of the academic session, the paid admission fee will be refunded after deducting a processing fee as per college norms.

  • Post Commencement:

    No refund will be processed once the academic session has started.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy

  • Withdrawal Before Semester Start:

    If a student withdraws before the semester starts, a partial refund may be provided, subject to deduction of administrative and other relevant charges.

  • Withdrawal After Semester Start:

    No refund will be provided after the semester commences
