Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RRASE Engineering College, we are committed to ensuring transparency and clarity in our financial policies. The following guidelines outline our refund and cancellation process:

Admission Fee Refund Policy

  • Application Fees:

    Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances

Admission Fees:

  • Before Course Commencement:

    If a student cancels their admission before the official commencement date of the academic session, the paid admission fee will be refunded after deducting a processing fee as per college norms.

  • Post Commencement:

    No refund will be processed once the academic session has started.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy

  • Withdrawal Before Semester Start:

    If a student withdraws before the semester starts, a partial refund may be provided, subject to deduction of administrative and other relevant charges.

  • Withdrawal After Semester Start:

    No refund will be provided after the semester commences

Hostel & Mess Fee Refund Policy

  • Refunds for hostel and mess fees will be considered on a pro-rata basis if the student formally withdraws from the hostel facility within the initial two weeks of the academic session. No refunds will be entertained thereafter

Examination & Miscellaneous Fees

  • All examination and miscellaneous fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the college management

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the college administration with valid proof of payment and supporting documents.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer

Cancellation Policy

  • Students wishing to cancel their admission must submit a written request to the Admissions Office, stating the reason for cancellation along with relevant documentation.
  • The cancellation process will be subject to approval from the college administration.
