The cell works towards creating a safe and supportive environment for female students and staff by addressing their concerns, conducting awareness programs, and fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

  • Organize awareness programs, workshops, and counseling sessions on women's rights, safety, and empowerment.
  • Address grievances and concerns related to gender issues.
  • Promote leadership opportunities and encourage women’s participation in academic and extracurricular activities.
  • Provide guidance and support in cases of harassment or discrimination.
